🕐 When Are My Supplements Arriving?


Orders placed before 2:00 PM (local warehouse time) ship the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will ship the next business day.



📦 Special Orders

  • Ship separately in a different box.

  • Tracking is not available.

  • It may take up to 1 week to arrive.

  • Check your invoice for the word “Special” next to the product name.

If it's been longer than 7 days, please get in touch with our office to check for possible backorders.




📦 Standard Warehouse Orders

  • These typically arrive in 3–4 business days.

  • You’ll receive tracking via email the next day from: ship4u@ciotech.com

  • There is no label next to these items on your invoice.





Tracking automatically gets emailed the next day from our warehouse for all items that aren't "Special" orders. The email will come from the address: ship4u@ciotech.com. 

We will not be able to provide tracking for "Special" orders.
