π If you are not stable within 1β2 weeks, schedule a consult with the office ASAP.
π If You Feel Nauseous or Irritable After Taking Thyro Balance
Start with 1 capsule in the morning, on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before food.
About 5% of patients may feel nausea ~15 minutes after taking it on an empty stomach.
If this happens, try eating 10β14 minutes after taking Thyro Balance at your next dose.
If that doesnβt help, try taking Thyro Balance with food instead.
Still having issues? Cut the dose in half until you find the amount you tolerate well.
π If You Are Increasing Your Dose Therapeutically
Once your current dose is tolerated, add 1 additional dose per week, spaced evenly during the day.
Example: If you're taking 1 capsule in the AM during week 1, add 1 capsule at lunch (30 min before food) in week 2.
Continue increasing until you reach the maximum dose listed in your protocol, as long as symptoms are stable.
β οΈ Watch for Hyperthyroid Symptoms:
Heart palpitations
Anxiety
Excessive sweating
Irritability
Poor sleep
If any of these symptoms occur:
Go back to the previous dose (before symptoms started)
This often resolves symptoms quickly
