📅 When is my appointment?

Follow the instructions below to find your scheduled appointment. A video at the bottom of the page will guide you step by step.



🔐 Log in to Your Account


Click “Sign In” at the top right-hand corner.

✅ Use the same email address you used when scheduling. Using a different email will not show your appointment history.



🛠️ Register or Reset Your Account


If your account isn’t registered yet, or if you forgot your password:
  • Click “Reset Password” to set a new password.

  • Click “Create Account” if you have not yet registered. Make sure to use the same email address you used for booking.

📄 View Your Appointment


Once logged in:
  • Click “Appointments” at the top right corner of your dashboard.

This will show you all upcoming appointments and allow you to reschedule or cancel (if outside of the cancellation window).


📧 Check Your Confirmation Emails


Look for emails from: notifications@fullslate.com.
These include your scheduled date and time in your time zone, plus a direct link to view or modify the appointment.

⚠️ Important Cancellation Policy


Appointments can only be moved or canceled outside of 3 business days before your scheduled consult.
Changes within 3 business days may not be possible due to the clinic’s policy.




🛑 Having Trouble Logging In?

If you're still having login issues, check that your account is registered, and that you’re using the correct email. You may need to reset your password or create an account.
